Patient and Public Involvement

Ludlow Street Healthcare Group welcome patient and public involvement in Clinical Governance to give us feedback and monitor the quality of our service.

Patients, their families and advocates participate in consumer surveys and there is a regularly held patient forum, which meets fortnightly. All patients are asked to give feedback on the usefulness and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. Patients, purchasers and the public may be invited to join focus groups and consultative events.

At Llanbedr Court our aim is to deliver a service which is patient centred.
